Requesting Wix Support from Owner App

This post is meant to help Wix Owner App Users to find Customer Care from the App.

Brief introduction: Many entrepreneurs and business owners using Wix as their online business platform use our Owner App, which is a great tool to handle communications, bookings, sales, and even online chats with visitors to their websites. Life is full of unexpected surprises, and for that, we have Wix Customer Support, which is also available in the app.

To find Customer Care Support in the Owner App:

1. Open the App and go to your Profile Icon, as shown below:

2. Go to Chat with Us

3. Chat with the WixBot to find the Help you are looking for.

If this is something urgent or is related to Wix Payments (which always tends to be urgent), just follow the path and you will have a chance to request a call from Wix. You will get your call within minutes.
